Luxury apartment with a broken fire system that leads to random alarms. You never know when it’s real or fake… And ongoing construction will lead to the a flat tire.

I lived here for over 4 years and never had a single issue with my apartment. I love my view of the pool area and regularly used the brand new, large gym with indoor turf. Building is VERY secure with multi key fob points before entering building.

Worst place I’ve lived in Philly, and I’ve been here a decade—avoid this hellhole at all costs. I’ve put in my notice to move out, so now…
