Apartment Reviews in Orlando, FL

Abaco Key maintains a solid 4.1-star Google rating with frequent praise for helpful on-site staff and quick maintenance responses. However, recurring resident reports across multiple platforms consistently flag severe roach infestations (German roaches and palmetto bugs), older building insulation, and mold issues. Prospective renters should thoroughly inspect prospective units and pest control history before signing.

Metro Place Apartments in Orlando, FL, appears to be a property with mixed resident experiences. While some residents praise the office and maintenance staff's responsiveness, there are significant concerns regarding pest infestations (roaches, rats, mice), property cleanliness, and maintenance follow-through. Safety issues like shootings and police presence are also reported, alongside issues with neglected common areas and infrastructure like pedestrian gates.
