The property is completely run down: the grass is not cut, no flowers or trees are maintained, the paint is peeling everywhere, both inside and outside, on doors, walls — everything is deteriorating. This is absolutely unacceptable.
The Taiwanese people are so friendly and accommodating. This home and the property are gorgeous and well-maintained. Love the history of this home.
As a Taiwanese person, visiting this place for the first time a few days ago was extremely heartbreaking and disappointing. The officials…

I have had three keys to the laundry facilities in my building that do not work. Have to go across to the next building to wash. I have experienced 4 mice in my apartment and I haven’t even been here that long. the dogs in the complex go to the bathroom any and everywhere they want
Recently I had my bathroom floors done because the vinyl flooring was coming up. Roberto and Hugo did absolutely an amazing job. It brought life back to my bathroom. After the job was completed I literally had tears in my eyes. The two of them DID NOT cut any corners.
I have been here since October and I have to say it hasn’t been my best experience here since I have moved in the laundry room in my buil…

The elavator doesn't work. The Hvac system is terrible. It's like 90 degrees in my room and I would be sweating while sleeping. It's so uncomfortable place to live at. Also roaches are more than humans in this building.
I’ve had a great experience at BridgeYard Apartments so far. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in an amazing area with convenient access to everything nearby. One of the best parts of living here has been the leasing team — they have been incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.
I lived at Bridgeyard for over two years from 09/2023 to 10/2025. During my time there, I lived in both the 1202 and 1204 buildings. I de…
