ROACHES! No need for an explanation the pictures say it all. They aren’t gonna tell you because they jut want money in their pocket. They’re dishonest. Don’t care. And try their hardest to make it a you problem when they know for a fact it’s them.
I like the apartment they are really nice inside. The only thing is the dog owner let there dog poop every where sometimes we end up stepping on it. I believe y'all need to be more strict on where the dog poop.

Dealing with Becovic Management has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I've ever encountered. The staff are unprofessional and downright rude.
I have a one-bedroom apartment at South Suburban Senior Housing. It is nice. I have my own stove, my own refrigerator, and everything.

Marquee at Block 37 receives mixed reviews, praised for its excellent location, amenities, and responsive staff members like Gwen and Tasha. However, several significant concerns bring down its overall score, including persistent issues with building maintenance (elevators, gym equipment), noise from neighbors, and particularly troubling reports of management's handling of resident issues, including a cat trapped in a wall and forced data-sharing practices. The safety score is conservatively rated due to the cat incident indicating potential building code issues and general safety concerns raised by a resident, though no widespread crime issues are reported.

Do not endanger your pets by moving in here!! Great location but unfortunately this place does not care about safety. I stayed in a studio with a partial wall between the bedroom and the kitchen. I was there for a summer business rental. The first morning my husband heard one of our cats frantically meowing and discovered he was TRAPPED IN THE WALL.
I had a very urgent move, and Gwen helped me complete the tour, application, and move-in all within a week, which was incredible. The apartment is exactly as advertised—very nice, in a great neighborhood, and close to shopping, fun, and public transportation.

I’m very disappointed with the condition of the community gym. The hygiene and maintenance are extremely poor. It does not look like the facility is cleaned even once every two days, let alone daily. The mats are torn and dirty, and the treadmills are not working at all.
The community itself is generally well-maintained, with lush landscaping and clean communal areas. Amenities like the pool, gym, and walking paths add value, and I appreciate the gated access, which enhances the feeling of safety,

Since moving in, I’ve dealt with multiple concerns that have not been properly addressed, including safety issues, maintenance concerns such as the apartment door lock being broken, there were holes in the doors that they tried to patch up with stickers.
When called, CHAD maintenance has always been quick to respond, efficient in their work and respectful of your space. Thank you to the great CHAD team!
