Keeneland Crest Apartments has a mixed reputation, with significant concerns regarding pest issues and management responsiveness, particularly with maintenance and communication. Positive aspects include the helpfulness of some individual staff members like Shelbee, Cheyenne, and certain maintenance technicians, and a generally quiet community. However, repeated complaints about rodent problems, unresolved maintenance requests, and poor communication from management lower its overall appeal. The Google rating of 3.5/5 reflects this blend of experiences.
